Is there a free plan?
Yes. SubcueAI's Starter plan is completely free — no credit card required. You get 50 credits per month to try real-time AI answer suggestions and mock interview mode on macOS 14+ and Windows 10+.
What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are SubcueAI's billing unit. Each AI action (generating an answer, running a mock interview question, and so on) consumes a small number of credits. Your monthly allowance resets every billing period. Unused credits do not roll over, but you can purchase top-up packs at any time from your dashboard — they never expire.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your Pro or Premium subscription at any time from your subscription dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again after cancellation.

What payment methods are supported?
SubcueAI accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe, our payment processor. Any applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout via Stripe Tax. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted where supported by your browser.
Do credits roll over to the next month?
Monthly credits reset each billing cycle. However, any top-up credits you purchase from the dashboard never expire and are consumed after your monthly allowance runs out.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can switch between Starter, Pro, and Premium at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately (with prorated billing), while downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
