Trust questions: we do not store audio on our servers. Audio is captured on your device and streamed over an encrypted connection to a cloud speech-to-text provider; the resulting transcript, plus your resume and job-description context, is what reaches the AI model. Transcripts are saved to your account for your session history and the post-interview performance analysis, and you can delete any session at any time. Subscriptions bought on our website come with a 14-day money-back guarantee from the subscription start date, and approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days; App Store purchases are refunded by Apple.
