Pricing and trust questions arrive together because they should. SubcueAI's tiers are Starter (free, 100 credits per month), Pro ($20/month, 2,000 credits), Premium ($75/month, 8,000 credits), and a top-up credit pack that never expires — see the pricing page for the full table. One credit is roughly one AI answer; the exact cost differs by mode (mock interview, live overlay) and is itemized in the dashboard before any charge.
Trust questions: we do not persist audio on our servers. Capture and transcription run on the device; only the transcribed question text plus your job-description context reaches the model. Transcripts of live sessions are not stored unless you explicitly opt in for the post-interview performance analysis. Refunds for billing mistakes are handled inside seven days, no questions asked. Subscription cancellation is one click, end-of-period, no retention dialogue.
