Slik ansetter Bain & Company
- The application process for a consulting role typically consists of a digital assessment and then case interview(s). [Kilde]
- Bain gives all candidates the same questions for each role to reduce bias, and some roles include at least one behavioural interview while others incorporate behavioural questions. [Kilde]
- Case interviews are used for consulting roles only; a case interview is a structured conversation working through a real business problem, and Bain looks for how candidates think, structure problems, and build on ideas rather than a single right answer. [Kilde]
- Some roles include a take-home challenge related to the role, with about three days to complete it, or a screening test ahead of the interviews. [Kilde]
