תהליך הגיוס ב-Kaiser Permanente
- Candidates submit interest from the job description, including a resume; if their skills and experience appear to align with the position, a Talent Acquisition Professional may contact them for additional screening. [מקור]
- Screening may lead to further interviews conducted by phone, in person, and/or video. [מקור]
- For some positions Kaiser Permanente conducts online pre-hire assessments evaluating a combination of aptitude, behavioral competencies, skills such as typing or data entry, and job knowledge; most are unproctored, taken on a desktop or laptop as part of the job submission. [מקור]
- Candidates who do not qualify on a pre-hire assessment face a waiting period before they can take it again, and starting an assessment is often counted as an attempt. [מקור]
- A selected candidate receives a verbal offer by phone from the Talent Acquisition Professional, followed by a written offer letter; the start date is confirmed once pre-employment screenings and verifications, including drug and background checks, are passed. [מקור]
