Meeting participation, audio capture, and screen visibility are separate properties. An assistant can capture audio without appearing as a meeting participant. That does not establish whether its interface will appear in a shared window, a captured display, or a recording.

A browser Side Panel can be included in a shared browser window, depending on the capture behavior. A floating desktop overlay can appear in a full-display capture. Sharing one tab, sharing a window, and sharing an entire screen therefore have different visibility consequences.
